Our client wanted an app that could serve the queuing system primarily in KSA and AppVerticals made it possible. This app provides an automated solution to clients where they can shorten the waiting period in long queues.

Our Saudi Arabia client requested us to make a user-friendly app that could shorten customer waiting time in long queues. The client’s main objective was to save consumers time while waiting for their food in restaurants, malls, kiosks, coffee shops, etc.
- One prime issue in developing this app was enabling it in different locations and programming it to understand the correct order type.
- The custom API creation was also challenging as it required us to fetch different devices on the app simultaneously for the same and multiple kiosks.
- Many functionalities such as delivery, curbside order, etc., to adjust in the decided structure and UI/UX design was a big challenge.

Key Solutions Achieved By AppVerticals
The objective was to set up and mark different kiosks at multiple locations to escalate orders on time as a prepaid formula that could shorten the customers' waiting period. Thus, AppVerticals used Native technology such as Swift for iOS and Java for Android, with the backend based on ReactJS and Node.js.
The design milestone was crucial where we revised the whole flow of the designs multiple times to ensure a qualitative user journey on the entire application. Considering the changes in the scope of work multiple times during the tenure, our team revamped the app design and architecture of the backend user at the client’s request.
Enqueue’s concept was unique as its aim was to help customers save time and let them order their food in advance, so they don’t have to wait in a queue. It was a challenging assignment for AppVerticals, but we made it possible with our team’s endless efforts and support.
