Enqueue is a Saudi Arabia-based queue-management platform for food, beverage, and retail outlets, built to move customers through faster across many locations at once. A queue-management platform is judged entirely on its worst moment. At peak hour, thousands of concurrent orders hit the system at once, and that is precisely when lag or downtime does the most damage, turning a fast-service promise into a longer line than the one it replaced. The platform had to stay real-time under exactly the load that breaks lesser systems.
Multi-location sync was the next hard part. Coordinating kiosks across many different outlets meant orders, menus, and user activity all had to stay in sync, so what happened at one location was reflected correctly everywhere it needed to be. Any drift between outlets would show up as wrong orders and broken menus.
Payments had to be both secure and dependable. Integrating Hyper Pay and verification APIs called for uncompromising payment security, because a platform taking thousands of transactions a day across many outlets can’t afford a payment layer that falters. And the experience had to be consistent on both platforms: delivering smooth, identical performance across Android and iOS took rigorous optimization because customers and staff used every kind of device.
