About Us
AppVerticals Is Built on a Senior-Led Engagement Model
Engagements rarely fail on talent. They fail on structure. The people who understood the problem are gone by sprint three, and the architecture was set by whoever had capacity that week.
Clients almost never arrive here because their last partner lacked skill. They arrive because the architects who scoped the work disappeared after week two, because the technical direction got settled in a hallway, and because by the time anyone noticed, reversing it cost a quarter. AppVerticals is staffed to remove all three. The solution architect who runs discovery stays on the engagement through handoff. Architecture is agreed before sprint one opens. Every engineer on the build has shipped production systems for five years or more.
We Staff Every Engagement as a Complete Team
An AppVerticals project is a working unit rather than a pool of developers with a manager attached. One architect owns the technical decisions. One product owner owns scope. Design and engineering run as parallel tracks instead of a relay. QA writes test cases alongside each feature and closes them before the sprint does. Every discipline below sits in-house, which is why a compliance question raised on Tuesday gets answered on Tuesday.
- Full-stack developers, mobile engineers, technical architects, cloud and DevOps
- Product owners, business analysts, project managers
- UX researchers, product designers, design systems specialists
- SQA engineers, automation testers, compliance reviewers
- Machine learning engineers, evaluation and prompt governance specialists
- Brand strategists, GTM specialists, customer success managers
Our Story
2016 - THE SENIOR-ONLY RULE
AppVerticals opened in Dallas with one rule that has never been relaxed: no junior engineer carries a client build alone. The early clients were founders coming off engagements where senior staff sold the project and junior staff delivered it, and that pattern set the hiring model for the next decade.
2019 - PARALLEL TRACKS
We stopped running design and development as a relay and started running them as parallel tracks with a shared architecture decision at the front. The same year we built the pre-submission audit process now behind a 96% first-submission app store approval rate.
2023 - SHIPPING IN THE GULF
Gulf delivery capacity opened alongside the US offices, structured so a single engagement moves across time zones instead of being handed between regional teams. Work followed for Al Rostamani Group across six divisions, Coca-Cola’s UAE trade network, and Nokia Al-Saudia’s Training Centre.
2026 - AI INSIDE THE DELIVERY MODEL
AI Verticals launched as a practice with cost controls, prompt versioning, and accuracy benchmarks set at architecture stage. The same tooling went into our own delivery workflow, and it stays out of the parts of a build where accuracy remains unproven. AppVerticals was named to the Inc. 5000 the same year.

Four Delivery Values We Never Compromise On
We settle scope, architecture, and compliance requirements in discovery, before production code exists. It is the least glamorous phase of an engagement and the one that decides whether the timeline holds. Decisions made in week one are what let us compress delivery by 30 to 50% later.
Every engineer assigned to a client project has at least five years of production experience, and the architect who pitches the work runs it. Senior sellers paired with junior builders is the single most common reason a rebuild lands on our desk.
Source code, IP, deployment configuration, architecture decision records, and operational runbooks all transfer to the client. A team who has never met us should be able to open the repository and understand why it was built this way.
Thirty days of post-launch optimization ships with every engagement as standard. The largest platforms in our portfolio were built across several years by teams who kept the context, and the numbers on those projects are a direct result of it.
